By using Mesai Takip, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of the app

Mesai Takip is a local-first app designed to keep overtime and leave records on your device, provide calculation tools, create local reminders, and export PDF and Excel reports. It has no user account, sign-in, or cloud synchronization service operated by Mesai Takip.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for backing up data on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its app data in device settings may permanently delete local records.

3. Calculation tools

Salary, overtime, severance, notice pay, SGK, and similar calculations are estimates provided for informational purposes. Results are not official legal, financial, accounting, or payroll documents. Employment, tax, and social-security rules can change; consult your accountant, attorney, employer, or the relevant public authority for binding decisions.

4. Advertising and ad-free version

The free version may display third-party advertising when an internet connection is available. Removing ads is a one-time in-app purchase offered through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment and refund matters are governed by the relevant store's rules.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The app name, logo, design, and content belong to their respective rights holders. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or commercially redistribute its content without permission.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. Advertising and store services that require internet access may be unavailable because of connectivity, device conditions, or third-party service terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mesai Takip is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated if the app's operating model or services change. The current text is published in the app and through the public policy link.
