Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Mesai Takip mobile app uses data.

1. Local-first operation

Mesai Takip does not require an account, sign-in, or transmission of data to a server operated by Mesai Takip. Your overtime, leave, and preference data is stored on the device running the app. The app does not currently provide cloud synchronization.

2. Information stored on your device

The app may store the following information only on your device:

• Overtime and leave records, including related dates, times, notes, and calculation information
• Overtime coefficients and calculation preferences
• Language, theme, and local notification preferences
• A local status indicating whether the remove-ads purchase is active

This information is not sent to or sold by servers operated by Mesai Takip.

3. No account or personal profile

The app has no user account, sign-in, email/password, profile, or cloud backup service provided by Mesai Takip. Mesai Takip therefore does not collect your name, email address, or password for those purposes.

4. Advertising and third-party services

When an internet connection is available, the free version of the app may display ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The advertising service may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information under its own privacy practices. This does not involve sending your local overtime or leave records to Google.

5. In-app purchases

The remove-ads purchase is processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Mesai Takip does not process payment, payment method, or store-account information. The app only uses the result of a successful or restored purchase and stores its ad-free status on the device.

6. Local notifications and export

Reminders are scheduled on your device; notification content is not sent to Mesai Takip servers. When you export a PDF or Excel report, the file is shared only with a destination you choose through the operating system's sharing interface.

7. Deleting data

You can delete individual overtime and leave records in the app. To remove all local data, uninstall the app or clear its app data in your device settings. Mesai Takip has no central database or user account to delete.

8. Future changes

If a feature such as optional cloud synchronization is added, this policy and the related store disclosures will be updated before release.
